If you are having problems with the Wash function?

Please try the following steps.
1.Spray Wand Cannot Retract
①Disconnect the toilet, push back the spray wand manually, start the Wash function after powering on the toilet, if it still can't retract automatically, take a video and send it to us, our professional staff will find out what the problem is.
②Check the surface of the spray wand, remove the impurities on the surface, if it still can't be retracted automatically, shoot a video and send it to us, our professional staff will find out the problem.
2.Spray wand Cannot Stretch Out
①User is not within the sensing area of the seat, need to adjust the seat position, keep the sensing point in contact for a long time.
3.Spray wand doesn't spray.
Please check whether the hose under the Bidet is bent or not, if it is bent, it will lead to low pressure and can't spray properly.
②Please use the T-valve provided by us, don't use the 2-way valve, as the following picture, the inlet pipe of WASH function needs to be connected to the T-valve.

4. Unstable water out of the nozzle
①. Remove the nozzle from the spray bar; attached is the video of disassembling the nozzle.
